To make this easy and healthy cracker recipe, mix 1 finely chopped broccoli, along with 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Pour the batter on a parchment paper-lined tray in the form of small discs and bake for 25-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. It has been proven that 1 cup of broccoli (78 gms) gives 84 percent of the reference daily intake (RDI).
